Paramore merilis single terbaru mereka berjudul, This Is Why, dari album keenam mereka berjudul sama yang dirilis pada 10 Februari tahun depan. Single ini merupakan lagu paling terbaru mereka sejak terakhir pada tahun 2017.
Sang vokalis Hayley Williams menyebut bahwa sebenarnya This Is Why merupakan lagu paling terakhir yang ditulis untuk album baru ini. “Ini merangkum sejumlah besar emosi konyol, rollercoaster hidup pada tahun 2022,” kata wanita berusia 33 tahun ini.
Video musik This Is Why juga dirilis pada 29 September lalu. Dalam video, ketiga anggota Paramore tampil. Hayley sendiri tampil dengan rambut orange ikoniknya.
Paramore adalah band rock yang dibentuk pada tahun 2004. Saat ini Paramore beranggotakan Hayley Williams vokalis, Taylor York sebagai gitaris, dan Zac Farro sebagai drummer. Band ini pertama kali mendapatkan Grammy Awards pada tahun 2015 nominasi Best Rock Song untuk lagu Ain’t It Fun.
