Penyelenggara Golden Globe Awards 2023, Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA) mengumumkan daftar lengkap nominasi Oscar pada Senin (12/12) waktu Amerika Serikat.
Dalam daftar nominasi Golden Globe Awards 2023, beberapa film seperti The Fabelmans mendapat beberapa nominasi seperti Best Director, Best Motion Picture – Drama, Best Screenplay,
Avatar: The Way of Water yang saat ini belum dirilis juga menerima beberapa nominasi. Hal ini karena film besutan James Cameron tersebut sudah ditayangkan secara terbatas untuk para jurnalis Hollywood. Seperti diketahui Avatar: The Way of Water akan tayang pada 14 Desember.
Film kedua Avatar tersebut mendapat nominasi seperti Best Motion Picture – Drama dan Best Director untuk sang sutradara, James Cameron.
Everything Everywhere All at Once juga masuk dalam beberapa nominasi, seperti Best Director, Best Screenplay, Best Motion Picture – Musical or Comedy, Best Actress – Musical or Comedy untuk Michelle Yeoh, serta Best Supporting Actor – Musical or Comedy untuk Ke Huy Quan.
