Pagelaran Korean Hiphop Awards 2023 telah sukses digelar pada Jumat, 10 Maret 2023. Acara tahunan ini digelar untuk meramaikan kancah hiphop Korea dengan mengakui artis, rekaman, dan kru yang berkontribusi pada kesuksesan genre tersebut setiap tahun.
Adapun untuk menentukan pemenangnya, acara ini melibatkan beberapa pihak. Mulai dari kritikus musik, pejabat media, perwakilan A&R label hiphop, sutradara dan produser rekaman, dan lainnya dengan rasio skor 70 persen. Sementara 30 persen sisanya berdasarkan pemungutan suara dari warganet.
